Julie Nannini is a Principal Consultant in the Leapgen Digital HR practice who brings extensive strategy consulting experience to her work with our global clients. Julie believes that companies that win in today’s competitive landscape are those who provide the best employee experience end-to-end.
A 14-year veteran of both Consulting and Employee Engagement CoE Leadership at Deloitte, Julie brings employee experience and change management knowledge and an ability to use talent data and insights to better understand the employee experience and inhibitors to improved employee engagement.
In prior roles, Julie has delivered Communications, Change and new HR Operating Model guidance to clients in multiple industries and served as Chief of Staff across multiple leadership areas within Deloitte’s global professional services organization. Julie is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA from Wake Forest University.
