There’s a buzzword we all love: DISRUPTION.

We name conferences after it, we chase it like the Holy Grail, we toss it around our technology and processes and business cases and product roadmaps. DISRUPTION. It sounds bleeding edge. It sounds game-changing. It sounds forward-leaning and risk-taking. Ahh, we crave disruption.

Here’s why: we recognize something. THIS ISN’T WORKING.

“This.” “This” strategy, solution, business process, vendor relationship, workforce tool, etc. Users aren’t adopting, let alone engaging; use cases aren’t being addressed, business challenges aren’t being answered. So we disrupt it, or seek to. We disrupt status quo because we recognize we need to do more, faster. Status quo isn’t helping companies accelerate, compete, thrive. Just as soon as you maintain status quo, you’re behind because everything is happening so fast.

So where do you start?

I can’t imagine being a leader of people and technology in 2018. The colliding worlds of HR, IT, and digital workforce technologies have never been so exciting. And never so confusing. Organizations of every size are grappling with new concepts in the future of work, the context and application of those concepts, with evolution and execution to remain competitive. It’s not a lack of information and content, either — that’s everywhere, and that’s part of the problem. From “free-mium” content and online conferences to e-books and community forums and everything in between, it’s a literal ocean of content to be boiled.

HELP.

That’s where consulting and advisory comes in. But even that ISN’T WORKING: most consulting projects are complex, time- and resource-intensive, and lack execution.

SO WE DECIDED TO DISRUPT OUR OWN MODEL

The LEAP360 Platform isn’t consulting, it’s coaching. We help you boil the ocean in a way you can apply. Our platform is an advisory service that’s easy to use, consume, pay for, and interact with. A coach who will cut through the noise and connect the dots with and for you with real outputs and executable plans to create decisions, inform roadmaps, solidify business cases, assist in vendor selection, and execute strategies. You’ll have access to someone — not an annual conference, not a quarterly conference call with your consulting firm, real access to your coach to stay on top of and ahead of it all.

WHY?

Digital workforce technology is good for nothing if it doesn’t work. Consulting is good for nothing if it doesn’t work or get acted on. Leapgen’s core mission is to encourage organizations to think about their people and technology the way they think about consumerism. How do you enable service with technology and drive engagement? Workforce technology must foster adoption, lead to addiction, fuel engagement, and result in execution. To the same end, we’ll drink our own champagne in the way we deliver services to you.

Organizations of every size need something simple and easy. That’s it.

The noise isn’t going away; it’s only amplifying. Ongoing coaching with access when and how you need it is essential to stay on top of it all.

WE DIDN’T STOP THERE.

To leap an entire industry forward, we can’t focus on enterprise customers alone. You’re only as good as the solutions and options being presented to you. We need to help solution providers, too. They’re cutting through the same noise and boiling the same ocean. Nothing gets done if you’re speaking two different languages within the same conversation about essential workforce problems to be solved.

We help solution providers look through the same lens through which organizations understand the future of work and technology so they can tailor their product, messaging, and delivery in a way that will provide ultimate value.

To connect the dots, we need to connect all the dots.
