Unleash America hosted its sixth conference last week on this side of the pond. A few thousand HR Leaders, enterprise organizations, and solution providers conquered the brand-new Caesars Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas. The newly dubbed International Festival of HR compiled an impressive roster of global enterprise practitioners that spoke on relevant topics over three exhilarating days.

The first-ever Vendor Summit, hosted by our very own Jess Von Bank, GM & Vendor Service Leader, kicked off the first day full of panels to challenge today’s thinking, scaling up, adapting to change, and responding better to the needs of buyers. Meanwhile, I moderated the Tech & Transformation Summit. I also spent the afternoon facilitating panel discussions around accelerating HR agility, tech’s impact on the workplace, and digital employee experience with top global leaders.

Josh Bersin’s skills strategy boot camp inspired us, and several keynote messages echoed a similar message loud and clear: The world of work is evolving at a lightning pace! The infusion of AI and the digitization of our HR function is nonstop and keeps us on our toes. At Mercer | Leapgen, the drive to innovate and push to new heights of digital functionality is ever-present. Yes, this world is ever-changing, but we know the most important common denominator is PEOPLE. Digital transformation is the only way to scale empathy. In 2005, he co-founded Knowledge Infusion LLC and served as its CEO until 2012, when the company was sold to Appirio. He has also held senior leadership roles at PeopleSoft and Ceridian Corporation. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the HR and technology industries and has collaborated with industry-leading companies in transforming their HR organizations into strategic partners.
